More hot chick action!
| The Canada Geese that were nesting in the tree had their family hatch! In a very interesting event, a number of geese came over to check out the new chicks. At first we thought it was an attack, there was quite a commotion and lots of honking. It seemed like at least two of the geese were protecting the mother, standing as guards right up there on the nest, while the dad was down below keeping others away. |

 Last night they were up in the tree with their mom, this morning they moved down to the ground and were paraded down to the lake. Proud Dad leads the way... |
